from the global merger of Malbak Limited and Nampak Ltd in
August 2002. It combines the trading names M.Y.Healthcare, Nampak Cartons and Nampak Plastics to form one of the largest packaging businesses in
the European region.
The parent company, Nampak Limited, is one of the Top 20
worldwide non-integrated packaging groups employing over 20,000
people in countries across UK, Europe and Africa with sales
in the region of approx US$2billion (18 billion SA Rand).
